PRINT\/DECORATION PLACEMENT:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Please view our Standard Print Placement Guideline Form for placement<\/span>details. There is no way to efficiently measure a distance from the collar on each shirt as each garment is loaded. If you request a shirt that has the design 2<\/span>\u2033<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>down from the collar, we will use that as a guide and do our best to make sure all shirts hit that target. However,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>all shirts will not<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>hit exactly 2<\/span>\u201d<\/span>. They may be off as much as an inch in any direction. This<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>will not be considered<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>a misprint and we will not reprint or refund these shirts. Anything over an inch and a half from your desired placeme<\/span>nt<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>will be considered<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>for reprint. If no placement is<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>requested<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>we will use our opinion and standard specs to place design.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If PMS colors<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>are not requested<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>then all printing will be done using our standard colors per format (Screen-printing, DTG, Transfer, etc.\u2026). If no Printing Process is<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>requested<\/span>we will use our opinion and standard specs in the Production Process. The Type of Printing (Screen-printing, DTG, Transfer, etc.\u2026) will be determined at the start of production and we will let you know<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>prior to<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>production (Printing) the process which is being used.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

TURNAROUND TIME:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>The turnaround time on your order starts when you\u2019ve paid in full and we have all information required to complete your order (all artwork, products, sizes, details, etc.) Delay in receipt of any of this info can\/will result in production delays. Our Standard turnaround time is<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>10 business<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>day \u2013 2 weeks unless otherwise stated. Complex orders\/add-ons may increase this time. Delays in the approval of mock up can\/will result in production delays. Any order changes after the order<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>is placed<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>will also cause production delays and may have costs associated with it.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Mazel Tov Market (MTM)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>will not be responsible for delays resulting from any of the above and may not make your deadline. Therefore, make sure you know exactly want you want and need before finalizing your order. If you have a specific deadline for your order, it is very important that you let us know<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>when you place your order. A rush fee may apply. If you do not notify us of a due date until after your order<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>has been placed and pushed through our system,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>we may not be able to accommodate your request. Any circumstances out of the control of<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Mazel Tov Market (MTM)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>(weather delays, shipping errors by suppliers, out of stock merchandise, Acts of God, etc.) may also require more time<\/span>, and costs (Restocking fees<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>etc<\/span>\u2026)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>and are not factored into the initial turnaround time estimate.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Mazel Tov Market (MTM)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>is not responsible for these delays<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>and Costs<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

We do offer RUSH service if needed. Rush Fees<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>are applied<\/span>as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n

5-9<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Business days: 20% of total order<\/span><\/p>\n

3-4<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Business days: 30% of total order<\/span><\/p>\n

1-2<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Business days: 40% of total order<\/span><\/p>\n

If needed we may have to expedite shipping of your items to get them to our shop in time to meet your deadline. If so, you will be responsible for those shipping fees.<\/span><\/p>\n

ORDER CHANGES:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Once your order<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>is placed<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>we begin working on it right away. Every person in our shop will be involved in your order at some point. Most of the time involved in your order is in the Pre-Production phase. Therefore, you may be subject to a $50 change fee in addition to the added cost involved such as (restocking fees, shipping expenses, screen fees, etc.) if you make any change to your order once it<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>has been placed<\/span>. If you have approved your proof(s) and screens<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>have been burned<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>for your order you will also be subject to a $35 screen fee per screen. Even if you paid a rush fee, any changes to your order will result in delays and the deadline<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>cannot be guaranteed<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

PROOFING:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>All artwork is to<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>be approved<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>by digital proof through email. Artwork<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>must be checked<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement\/size of artwork, and overall accuracy by the customer. It is very important to look over every detail of your order, as this is exactly how it<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>will be produced<\/span>. We will not accept responsibility for corrections not implemented and\/or requested after artwork approval. Any modification requested after customer approval will result in production delays and additional expenses for which the client will be invoiced for accordingly. Any delays in the approval process longer than 24 hours after proof<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>was sent<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>can\/will result in production delays.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Mazel Tov Market (MTM)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>does try<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>and<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>catch mistakes ahead of time, however we will not be responsible if you proof is approved with errors. We may however offer to redo the job at a discounted rate in the event your order<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>was approved<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>with errors.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

ARTWORK:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>You can modify one of our stock designs or have our art department create something for you.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Our customers have come to rely on our design team to bring their ideas to life. We do most artwork at no charge providing you are placing an order with us. <\/span>If you do not place an order with us the cost for creating artwork is $150.00 with $25.00 per additional changes. However, if you are providing art and it needs recreated or if we have to spend a considerable amount of time on it, it<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>will be billed<\/span> at $45 per hour. We will let you know in advance if this is the case and give you an estimate of total time\/cost. If you are providing<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>artwork<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>please make sure it is in the following formats (PDF, EPS, or .<\/span>ai<\/span>) The design should be sized to desired printed specs. All<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>files must be 300 DPI or Vector format. Text<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>must be converted<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>to outlines. Printing, stitching, and other printed items can only be as good as the artwork.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>MTM<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>will not be responsible for poor quality customization due to poor artwork.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>MTM<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>is also not responsible for any misspelling or errors in your provided artwork.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once your art is done we will email it to you to review and approve. If necessary, our art department will address corrections to your artwork and it<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>will then be sent<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>to you for approval.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you want your artwork to be a specific size you must specify what size you want when you place your order or when you approve your artwork. That said,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>The<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>colors and sizing of emailed art for your approval is not exact size. We size our artwork based on the item(s) ordered, the print location(s) and the design(s) being printed<\/span><\/p>\n

You<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>MUST<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>approve your artwork by submitting responding \u201cAPPROVED<\/span>\u201d \u00a0to<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>your sales representative via email<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>AND OR<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>by calling your sales representative at 914.488.4327. Once you approve your artwork, Mazel Tov Market (MTM) is not responsible for any artwork mistakes on your items so please take the time to carefully check your artwork. Failure to approve your artwork in a timely manner may push back the delivery<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>date of your order<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>require restocking fees or more<\/span>. \u00a0Mazel Tov Market (MTM) is not responsible for any delay in order delivery caused by a delay in artwork approval.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our art staff can create artwork based on your ideas or sketches. You may also submit your own vector image for us to produce.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

If you provide hand drawn<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>art<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>please make sure it has solid black outlines with no shading. If needed you may provide an additional color copy. We can accept artwork created by a variety of artwork programs and in several image file formats. To save you time and effort it is very important that you read below and speak with our art department before creating any artwork via computer for submission.<\/span><\/p>\n

All designs will become the property of Mazel Tov Market and<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>will not be mailed<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>back with your order. Mazel Tov Market reserves the right to display, Edit, Enhance, Use without compensation for Perpetuity all artwork for our own advertising and purpose.<\/span><\/p>\n

Common Mistakes and Misconceptions about Web Images<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

JPG’S and GIF’S are the<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>2<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>main types of files found on web pages. Because of the size of these<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>images<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>they are not usable for screen printing purposes. While the image may appear large on a computer monitor in<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>reality<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>they are very small and once enlarged become pixilated and unusable. Our art staff can use these images as a reference for re-drawing the image but art charges may apply based on the complexity of the final artwork.<\/span><\/p>\n

Guidelines and Information for Submission of Electronic Artwork Files<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Accepted File Types:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span>Macintosh Preferred. Some Windows based PC file formats will work. Call for exact specifics if not covered here.<\/span><\/p>\n

Adobe Illustrator (MAC\/Windows PC).<\/span>
\n<\/span>All text<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>must be converted<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>to outlines to prevent the need for us to have your exact font. Images of photos or drawings placed into and AI file may not be useable.<\/span><\/p>\n

CorelDraw<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>files may be used. All Type or Text<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>must first be converted<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>to outlines. The file<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>must be saved<\/span>as ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR FILE type, which is an option when you hit save, in a pull down menu in the dialog window box.<\/span><\/p>\n

Adobe Photoshop (MAC\/Win PC).<\/span>
\n<\/span>Black and white outlines.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Image size should be 4″x4″ for small designs and 10″x10″ for large designs. Resolution should be 300 dpi. Image type should be BMP (Bitmap).<\/span><\/p>\n

Microsoft Publisher or Word.<\/span>
\n<\/span>We<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>can NOT<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>use Microsoft Publisher or Paint files. We can open and view Microsoft Word documents however aside from simple Text, 98% of the time we<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>can NOT<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>use the actual artwork from Word. In these<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>cases<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>we will most likely need to start from scratch and recreate the entire design. Accordingly, artwork charges may apply.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you are sending more than one file please use File Compression Programs to combine and compress all files into one OR send one email message with only one file attached to it at a time. Sending file types on disk, through e-mail or FTP:<\/span>

INK CHANGE FEES:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Your order<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>is priced<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>in part based on the number of colors to be printed. At times our customers request to have the colors<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>printed to be changed<\/span>mid run for various reasons. Many companies treat these as an entire separate order costing the customer a fortune. We simply charge an ink change fee of $<\/span>30<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>per color.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

ADD-ON POLICY:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Here at<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Mazel Tov Market (MTM)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>we do not set minimums on the number of shirts you order. We do not charge set-up fees like most companies either. That being<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>said<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>the set up process for Screen Printing is very time consuming and involved. There is a huge cost in tearing down jobs and putting them back up again over and over. At times customers do need to add on more shirts to an order after they have already picked up. In the event<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>the policy is as follows\u2026.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You have<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>1 week<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>to add on to any order from the da<\/span>te of pick up\/delivery. The add-<\/span>on order must be a minimum of 1<\/span>2<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>pieces and<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>will be charged<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>at the same price per piece rate as the original order. For quantities less than 1<\/span>2<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>pieces you<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>will be charged<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>a set up fee of $<\/span>30<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>per screen plus $<\/span>25<\/span>shipping per vendor that the items come from. Items<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>will be charged<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>at the same price per piece rate<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>as the original order. Any add-<\/span>on attempt after the<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>1<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>week<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>period will be treated like a new order and will be priced as such. Previous order volumes<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>will not be considered<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>in the pricing of said \u201cnew order\u201d. We always recommend to make sure your final numbers are correct and to order a little extra if needed<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>(5%)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>t<\/span>o avoid adding on to a job. Add-<\/span>ons<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>will be completed<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>in our normal turnaround time. We can rush if needed but rush fee may apply.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

UNDER-RUNS & SPOILAGE:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Due to the nature of customizing apparel it is very common for a shirt or two to be missing from your order. Shirts can<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>get<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>damaged during the customization process or we may get shorted by the vendor. In order to keep prices down, we cannot order extra shirts.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Mazel Tov Market (MTM)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>will not be responsible for under-runs or spoilage up to 10% per design<\/span>.(<\/span>Spoilage must be more than 10% per design for reprint) Please keep this in mind when ordering (it is never a bad idea to order extras). We always do our best to get you what you ordered in full. We will refund you the cost of any items shorted from your order but will not process a reprint for less than 10% of your order.<\/span><\/p>\n

GARMENT DISCLAIMER:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Mazel Tov Market (MTM)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose\/inconsistent stitching, and or garment defects (holes, ripped seams, etc.). We try our hardest to inspect the garments as we print them, but we<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>cannot<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>guarantee each garment. We are not the manufacturers of these garments so we cannot ensure their construction. We highly recommend ordering 5% extra of each size if an exact count is important. If you find any of these garment defects please let us know and we will work with the manufacturer to attempt to get you a refund. We will not refund or exchange any garment due to fit.<\/span><\/p>\n

QUALITY ASSURANCE:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>We try<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>and<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>check every garment as it\u2019s completed, but there are times when some mistakes will make it out the door. It is your responsibility to check over garments as you receive them. That means the image printed will stay consistent in size regardless of the apparel sizes. If you would like different image sizes on different apparel<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>sizes<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>you must let us know ahead of time. Each set of screens<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>will be counted as a separate order and priced accordingly unless otherwise stated<\/span>. All of our customers are valued customers regardless of size of order, and we want you to know that. If you are unsure of the exact garment you want or need we will order in samples or size runs for you. These will be charged at a per piece rate. If shipping charges apply to get your samples in you are responsible for those charges. It may be possible to reduce the amount of items ordered without completely canceling your order. Garments with Rhinestones must be hand washed or<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>machine washed<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>using the gentle cycle.
