ALL ORDERS PLACED ONLINE ARE CUSTOM ORDERS. CUSTOM MADE ITEMS ARE NOT ABLE TO BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES:
Since all orders are custom-made, there can be no returns unless the item(s) ordered is defective or the wrong item(s) is received.
If a problem does arise with your order, please contact us at orders@MazelTovMarket.com or 914.488.4327 within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please do not send any items back to us without calling first. Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back to the customer. Please do not alter the item(s) received in any way. Items cannot be returned more than two weeks after receipt for any reason.
PRINT/DECORATION PLACEMENT: Please view our Standard Print Placement Guideline Form for placementdetails. There is no way to efficiently measure a distance from the collar on each shirt as each garment is loaded. If you request a shirt that has the design 2″ down from the collar, we will use that as a guide and do our best to make sure all shirts hit that target. However, all shirts will not hit exactly 2”. They may be off as much as an inch in any direction. This will not be considered a misprint and we will not reprint or refund these shirts. Anything over an inch and a half from your desired placement will be considered for reprint. If no placement is requested we will use our opinion and standard specs to place design.
If PMS colors are not requested then all printing will be done using our standard colors per format (Screen-printing, DTG, Transfer, etc.…). If no Printing Process is requestedwe will use our opinion and standard specs in the Production Process. The Type of Printing (Screen-printing, DTG, Transfer, etc.…) will be determined at the start of production and we will let you know prior to production (Printing) the process which is being used.
TURNAROUND TIME: The turnaround time on your order starts when you’ve paid in full and we have all information required to complete your order (all artwork, products, sizes, details, etc.) Delay in receipt of any of this info can/will result in production delays. Our Standard turnaround time is 10 business day – 2 weeks unless otherwise stated. Complex orders/add-ons may increase this time. Delays in the approval of mock up can/will result in production delays. Any order changes after the order is placed will also cause production delays and may have costs associated with it. Mazel Tov Market (MTM) will not be responsible for delays resulting from any of the above and may not make your deadline. Therefore, make sure you know exactly want you want and need before finalizing your order. If you have a specific deadline for your order, it is very important that you let us know when you place your order. A rush fee may apply. If you do not notify us of a due date until after your order has been placed and pushed through our system, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Any circumstances out of the control of Mazel Tov Market (MTM) (weather delays, shipping errors by suppliers, out of stock merchandise, Acts of God, etc.) may also require more time, and costs (Restocking fees etc…) and are not factored into the initial turnaround time estimate. Mazel Tov Market (MTM) is not responsible for these delays and Costs.
We do offer RUSH service if needed. Rush Fees are appliedas follows:
5-9 Business days: 20% of total order
3-4 Business days: 30% of total order
1-2 Business days: 40% of total order
If needed we may have to expedite shipping of your items to get them to our shop in time to meet your deadline. If so, you will be responsible for those shipping fees.
ORDER CHANGES: Once your order is placed we begin working on it right away. Every person in our shop will be involved in your order at some point. Most of the time involved in your order is in the Pre-Production phase. Therefore, you may be subject to a $50 change fee in addition to the added cost involved such as (restocking fees, shipping expenses, screen fees, etc.) if you make any change to your order once it has been placed. If you have approved your proof(s) and screens have been burned for your order you will also be subject to a $35 screen fee per screen. Even if you paid a rush fee, any changes to your order will result in delays and the deadline cannot be guaranteed.
PROOFING: All artwork is to be approved by digital proof through email. Artwork must be checked for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement/size of artwork, and overall accuracy by the customer. It is very important to look over every detail of your order, as this is exactly how it will be produced. We will not accept responsibility for corrections not implemented and/or requested after artwork approval. Any modification requested after customer approval will result in production delays and additional expenses for which the client will be invoiced for accordingly. Any delays in the approval process longer than 24 hours after proof was sent can/will result in production delays. Mazel Tov Market (MTM) does try and catch mistakes ahead of time, however we will not be responsible if you proof is approved with errors. We may however offer to redo the job at a discounted rate in the event your order was approved with errors.
ARTWORK: You can modify one of our stock designs or have our art department create something for you. Our customers have come to rely on our design team to bring their ideas to life. We do most artwork at no charge providing you are placing an order with us. If you do not place an order with us the cost for creating artwork is $150.00 with $25.00 per additional changes. However, if you are providing art and it needs recreated or if we have to spend a considerable amount of time on it, it will be billed at $45 per hour. We will let you know in advance if this is the case and give you an estimate of total time/cost. If you are providing artwork please make sure it is in the following formats (PDF, EPS, or .ai) The design should be sized to desired printed specs. All files must be 300 DPI or Vector format. Text must be converted to outlines. Printing, stitching, and other printed items can only be as good as the artwork. MTM will not be responsible for poor quality customization due to poor artwork. MTM is also not responsible for any misspelling or errors in your provided artwork.
Once your art is done we will email it to you to review and approve. If necessary, our art department will address corrections to your artwork and it will then be sent to you for approval.
If you want your artwork to be a specific size you must specify what size you want when you place your order or when you approve your artwork. That said, The colors and sizing of emailed art for your approval is not exact size. We size our artwork based on the item(s) ordered, the print location(s) and the design(s) being printed
You MUST approve your artwork by submitting responding “APPROVED” to your sales representative via email AND OR by calling your sales representative at 914.488.4327. Once you approve your artwork, Mazel Tov Market (MTM) is not responsible for any artwork mistakes on your items so please take the time to carefully check your artwork. Failure to approve your artwork in a timely manner may push back the delivery date of your order, require restocking fees or more. Mazel Tov Market (MTM) is not responsible for any delay in order delivery caused by a delay in artwork approval.
Our art staff can create artwork based on your ideas or sketches. You may also submit your own vector image for us to produce.
If you provide hand drawn art please make sure it has solid black outlines with no shading. If needed you may provide an additional color copy. We can accept artwork created by a variety of artwork programs and in several image file formats. To save you time and effort it is very important that you read below and speak with our art department before creating any artwork via computer for submission.
All designs will become the property of Mazel Tov Market and will not be mailed back with your order. Mazel Tov Market reserves the right to display, Edit, Enhance, Use without compensation for Perpetuity all artwork for our own advertising and purpose.
Common Mistakes and Misconceptions about Web Images
JPG’S and GIF’S are the 2 main types of files found on web pages. Because of the size of these images they are not usable for screen printing purposes. While the image may appear large on a computer monitor in reality they are very small and once enlarged become pixilated and unusable. Our art staff can use these images as a reference for re-drawing the image but art charges may apply based on the complexity of the final artwork.
Guidelines and Information for Submission of Electronic Artwork Files
Accepted File Types:
Macintosh Preferred. Some Windows based PC file formats will work. Call for exact specifics if not covered here.
Adobe Illustrator (MAC/Windows PC).
All text must be converted to outlines to prevent the need for us to have your exact font. Images of photos or drawings placed into and AI file may not be useable.
CorelDraw files may be used. All Type or Text must first be converted to outlines. The file must be savedas ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR FILE type, which is an option when you hit save, in a pull down menu in the dialog window box.
Adobe Photoshop (MAC/Win PC).
Black and white outlines. Image size should be 4″x4″ for small designs and 10″x10″ for large designs. Resolution should be 300 dpi. Image type should be BMP (Bitmap).
Microsoft Publisher or Word.
We can NOT use Microsoft Publisher or Paint files. We can open and view Microsoft Word documents however aside from simple Text, 98% of the time we can NOT use the actual artwork from Word. In these cases we will most likely need to start from scratch and recreate the entire design. Accordingly, artwork charges may apply.

We don’t want you to waste your time. If you really want to submit your own artwork, CALL US FIRST if you are not sure about any of the above instructions. Or Contact Us to find out how to send your artwork electronically. If you are sending more than one file please use File Compression Programs to combine and compress all files into one OR send one email message with only one file attached to it at a time. If using WinZip please send us a separate email to notify us that a ZIP file is being emailed to us.
Sending file types on disk, through e-mail or FTP:
Artwork may be sent via the US post office THOUGH UPS, FED EX or AIRBORNE is recommended. We accept a variety of storage formats but Contact Us before sending to make sure.
Final Artwork Approval
When you place your order with us, we will email you artwork to review. Your order will not be printed until we receive an email back with your art approval.

Please try to provide us with as much of the following information as possible so we may give you a more accurate price quote:
*We have a minimum order of 24 pieces.
*Important: Once you have made a financial commitment, there is a minimum $75 cancellation fee. You will also be charged an additional restocking fee and processing fee if we have ordered products to fill your order.

SHIPPING: Many of our vendors offer us free shipping which we pass on to you. However, orders under $200 from any one vendor that does not offer free shipping, then the shipping costs will be charged to you.
INK CHANGE FEES: Your order is priced in part based on the number of colors to be printed. At times our customers request to have the colors printed to be changedmid run for various reasons. Many companies treat these as an entire separate order costing the customer a fortune. We simply charge an ink change fee of $30 per color.
ADD-ON POLICY: Here at Mazel Tov Market (MTM) we do not set minimums on the number of shirts you order. We do not charge set-up fees like most companies either. That being said the set up process for Screen Printing is very time consuming and involved. There is a huge cost in tearing down jobs and putting them back up again over and over. At times customers do need to add on more shirts to an order after they have already picked up. In the event, the policy is as follows….
You have 1 week to add on to any order from the date of pick up/delivery. The add-on order must be a minimum of 12 pieces and will be charged at the same price per piece rate as the original order. For quantities less than 12 pieces you will be charged a set up fee of $30 per screen plus $25shipping per vendor that the items come from. Items will be charged at the same price per piece rate as the original order. Any add-on attempt after the 1 week period will be treated like a new order and will be priced as such. Previous order volumes will not be considered in the pricing of said “new order”. We always recommend to make sure your final numbers are correct and to order a little extra if needed (5%) to avoid adding on to a job. Add-ons will be completed in our normal turnaround time. We can rush if needed but rush fee may apply.
UNDER-RUNS & SPOILAGE: Due to the nature of customizing apparel it is very common for a shirt or two to be missing from your order. Shirts can get damaged during the customization process or we may get shorted by the vendor. In order to keep prices down, we cannot order extra shirts. Mazel Tov Market (MTM) will not be responsible for under-runs or spoilage up to 10% per design.(Spoilage must be more than 10% per design for reprint) Please keep this in mind when ordering (it is never a bad idea to order extras). We always do our best to get you what you ordered in full. We will refund you the cost of any items shorted from your order but will not process a reprint for less than 10% of your order.
GARMENT DISCLAIMER: Mazel Tov Market (MTM) is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and or garment defects (holes, ripped seams, etc.). We try our hardest to inspect the garments as we print them, but we cannot guarantee each garment. We are not the manufacturers of these garments so we cannot ensure their construction. We highly recommend ordering 5% extra of each size if an exact count is important. If you find any of these garment defects please let us know and we will work with the manufacturer to attempt to get you a refund. We will not refund or exchange any garment due to fit.
QUALITY ASSURANCE: We try and check every garment as it’s completed, but there are times when some mistakes will make it out the door. It is your responsibility to check over garments as you receive them. We allow an industry standard 72 hour window from the time you receive the goods to notify us of any issues with your order. Mazel Tov Market (MTM) will not be responsible for errors with your order after the 72 hour window. Mazel Tov Market (MTM) will also not be responsible for any lost income, customers, accounts, and/or contracts if defective garments are sent out to your final customer. While we do issue quality checks of the garments, the final quality assurance check lies in the hands of you, our customer. Upon receiving your order, you will sign off on a pick up sheet / email stating that everything is satisfactory and approved. Your signature (email “APPROVED” and taking of the goods constitutes your acceptance of said goods. NOTE: Any print that goes over a seam can result in imperfections. Mazel Tov Market (MTM) will not accept responsibility for imperfections due to printing seams or non-flat surfaces. We use the same set of screens per design. That means the image printed will stay consistent in size regardless of the apparel sizes. If you would like different image sizes on different apparel sizes you must let us know ahead of time. Each set of screens will be counted as a separate order and priced accordingly unless otherwise stated. Please keep the max print size in mind when printing on girls sizes and youth sizes.
CLAIMS & REPRINTS: We go to great lengths to try and ensure every order that leaves our shop is accurate. All of our customers are valued customers regardless of size of order, and we want you to know that. Any order printed differently than approved proof will be granted a reprint of the defective product. All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery date. Please call or email to submit your claim. If any errors are the fault of Mazel Tov Market (MTM) we will gladly accept responsibility and redo the items produced with errors. We do not offer refunds unless otherwise approved, but will redo any production errors that exceed the spoilage rate. We do require you return the items with error. We will only replace the amount of items that are returned.
SAMPLES: Our staff is more than happy to help you select the apparel that you want. However, you must make sure the item you select is right for you. Ultimately, it’syour decision. Mazel Tov Market (MTM) will not be responsible for the garments you pick out. If you are unsure of the exact garment you want or need we will order in samples or size runs for you. These will be charged at a per piece rate. Any sample that can be used toward your order will be credited toward your order. If shipping charges apply to get your samples in you are responsible for those charges. All samples must be paid in full at time of order unless otherwise stated.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: Mazel Tov Market (MTM) will not be responsible for items that are out of stock. While we check items we know have potential stock issues; we do not have any control or knowledge of what stock, garment or style that will be available at time of giving you a quote, and when ordering from the manufacture. Thus, we cannot guarantee their availability. If items are out of stock,we will provide you with replacement options and get your approval before choosing such replacement items. Most customers will move the missing garment size up a size or down a size to fulfill and order. In the event that the sizes are not available; or the replacement item are selected; and the previous order has to be returned to the manufacturer, a Restocking Fee may apply by the Manufacturer. Mazel Tov Market (MTM) is not responsible for any restocking fees. Restocking Fees associated with any order / returns / changes are the responsibility of the customer. Mazel Tov Market (MTM) will due our best to work with the Manufacturer to get you a Refund or credit but it cannot be guaranteed.
DECORATING ON CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GARMENTS: At MTM we do not customize any customer supplied garments and products.
PAYMENT: Because everything we produce is custom-made, we must receive a financial commitment before we can begin work on your order. We will accept PayPal, a mailed personal check, credit/debit card, (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express). We do not ship C.O.D. Failure to pay for your order in a timely manner may push back the delivery date of your order or necessitate extra charges like Restocking Fees and rush charges to meet your delivery date. Mazel Tov Market (MTM) is not responsible for any delay in order delivery, Restocking Fees and or any rush charges incurred due to a delay in receiving payment.
Checks should be made payable to Mazel Tov Market (MTM) You will be subject to a $75 processing fee for any returned check in addition to the balance due on the order.
There is a 50% deposit on your order which is non-refundable. The remaining balance due must be paid in full before we will produce and ship your order.
New Jersey State regulations require us to collect and remit sales tax based on the address your product(s) are being delivered to. We are required to collect tax on the products themselves as well as our SERVICE of shipping and handling. THERE IS NO TAX ON ORDERS DELIVERED OUTSIDE NEW JERSEY. If your organization is tax exempt, you must pay with an organizational check or credit/debit card. Proper proof of your tax exemption must be provided.
CANCELLATION: All orders are custom-made based on the customer’s instructions at the time of ordering and as such, the customer is responsible for any costs incurred by Mazel Tov Market (MTM) up to the point of cancellation. Orders that have already been produced/fulfilled CANNOTbe cancelled. In addition, you will be charged an art charge if we have done artwork for your order.
It may be possible to reduce the amount of items ordered without completely canceling your order. If this is possible, you will not be charged a cancellation fee, but you may be charged a restocking and a processing fee. The price per piece for the remaining items may also increase. Please contact your sales representative for more information.
Any cancellations will be subject to restocking fees. Any pre-payments will be forfeited if any work has begun. Depending on the situation we may issue a partial refund minus expenses Mazel Tov Market (MTM) has accrued for work performed. If production has begun, we cannot cancel your order.
GARMENT CARE: All clothing should be washedinside out. Garments with Rhinestones must be hand washed or machine washed using the gentle cycle. All other clothing should be machine washed in cold water. DO NOT ADD BLEACH OR OTHER CHEMICALS. Wash all garments separately and lay them flat to dry. THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE TO REPLACE ANY WASHING INSTRUCTIONS INSIDE GARMENTS
Items with screen printing may form stress marks/tears over time. Washed or worn garments, including garments with this form of damage, cannot be replaced, returned for a refund or exchanged.
Limit of Mazel Tov Market Responsibility: You are responsible for ordering correctly. When ordering over the phone, you must provide your sales representative with accurate instructions for producing your order correctly and in a timely manner. Do not assume your sales representative knows what you want and when you want it if he/she has not asked you. Mazel Tov Market will only be responsible for acting on those instructions given or sent to us that we actually receive. These instructions will affect the accuracy or timeliness of your order. We are not responsible for instructions that we do not receive, instructions we receive late or instructions that are not possible to follow. We are also not responsible for any incorrect instructions you may provide.
Mazel Tov Market is not responsible for items that must be discontinued because they are no longer available from the manufacturer from the time we have given you your quote. We are also not responsible for typographical errors in our catalog or on our website (www.MazelTovMarket.com).
